Kindof a bland attempt to be pop-art. Reminds me more of using Elmer's glue to stick lined paper cut-outs to construction paper. Perhaps try using a digital media to clean up the sketch work, and do try to use a less "textbook" style font, it'll brighten the overall image up and make it less awkward.
