We all have hobbies in our downtime. Even Ravin has his. Being blind is by no means a limitation, but excels his finer attention to detail and desire to craft. He shapes and models what he sees in his mind. Visual representation is not important. How strong a crafted item feels, the sound it makes, the touch, the sharpness, down to the core of the way it rattles in your hand is by far a more important than a pretty gem set in the hilt, or gold grilling across the blade.
