Aw, don't feel too bad. It takes TONS of practice to get somewhere you're comfortable with, and starting somewhere is the most essential step! Expect to go through several "canvases" when learning and building experience. Though, I understand how limited funds make it difficult to improve. I'd save up a few hundred dollars to commission a partial suit because there's less risk and it is a finite price.
