Awesome! I'm working on the eyes. The glow in the dark paint isn't going too well on the earrings or eyes x.x It's just coming right off. Is glow in the dark a necessity?

Have you tried priming it? I usually prime my art before I paint it. Then, spray finish on it. It that won't work... :(
