I thought I bring in a new "product": Custom weapons.
A picture from a weapon (only weapon, one view, no backgroung) would cost $30 in 1024*768 size. But any customisations can added: textures, logos (even a blue camo with a Rainbow Dash cutiemark), gadgets: underbarrel shotgun, laser sight, silencer, etc. Even fictionals like hearbeat sensor.
So what do you think?

It's an AR-15 pattern rifle, short barrel (sub-16 inches) some short quad rail, angled foregrip, fake suppressor muzzle device, flip up back up iron sights, some silly laser, EOtech style holographic sight, standard M-4 adjustable stock.
God damn I know too much about that considering I don't own a complete one right now and live in Kommifornia. The AR-15 pattern rifles are incredibly popular in the US as sporting rifles because they are incredibly modular, have huge aftermarket support and are pretty reliable. You can build your own from parts for under a grand, they can be configured to fire a variety of different caliber ammunition and if you can follow the directions from a lego set you can build one. You could probably put together 100 different AR pattern rifles and have no two of them look the same if you wanted.

Built mine from parts by myself with the exception of putting the barrel on the upper as you have to get that one very right and i lacked the tools to do so. Lots of fun and I like your thought about if you can follow the directions on a lego set, you can build an AR, because that is so true. I went with 5.56 because I am familiar with the round, but other gun nut friends tell me I should have went with a higher caliber. Meh, I built it for fun, not the zombie invasion, hehe. Sorry to hear your in Kommifornia, going to make it more of a hoop jump to get it in a completely built state.
