That's... about it really. I felt like drawing a tree. xD I really, really have to start doing backgrounds. Because I'm TERRIBLE at them. And they'd make my work so much better. I just can't seem to force myself xD Ah well... here's a nice, simple start. A tree, some badly drawn grass, and a naked Ru.
Because, it shouldn't be on FA unless there's a naked something in it somewhere. xD
Anyway... yeah. Scanner raped terribly (I'm almost positive it's dying now) but oh well. Enjoy. xD

that is a damn good tree. trees are really hard to get the hang of... and even if you can draw one good tree, then you gotta draw a whole forest... I'm bad with backgrounds too. But I looked up tutorials for the on deviantart, I found some good ones... Da is good for that. (at least its good for SOMETHING...stupid DA)

Hahah, yeah.... I used to not mind dA, but it's submission system got so stupid lately that I'm just too annoyed to stay there seriously now xD Still, they do usually have a lot of helpful tutorials... I never thought of a background tutorial, I'll have to check that out. Thanks :3
I upload stuff there once in a blue moon, because... I'm a comment whore and like attention xD But for the most part, it's just too annoying and stupid. And it seems to be getting worse every time I look... also, there's the obvious reason, most of what I draw wouldn't be allowed there anyway >.>
I wish you'd stop putting yourself down so much about your backgrounds. 'Cause, frankly, you're very good at backgrounds, for those of us who actually DO suck at backgrounds, it's kinda... off putting... *shifty eyes* But you know I say this because I loves ya!
Anyhow...
I love the tree. It reminds me of a juniper bonsai, of which I want very much. I can't seem to find one anywhere! Also, I do like the grass.
The character is also nicely done. The way the hair flows looks quite natural!
