Nice work as always, though if I may crit a bit, the inner lower corners of the eyes seem a bit off. I don't know what that pink bit at the corner of your eye is called (if it even has a name) but the placement/depth/angle of it in this pic seems a bit off somehow. Other than that, good stuff.
And a random thought, is it just me or is Joshua's face narrower in this pic than you've drawn him in the past?

Er ... "the rest of the body"? If you are going to include the rest of handsome Josh's body then this is really not a "portrait" but a WIP of a larger work.
Personally I think this is a quite marvelous work that can easily stand by on it’s own merits. The care and obvious love that you have poured into this easily sets it as one of your very best works, Zen. Bravo!

your style is really just... no other way to say it, amazing. You make everything look so cuddley. Your proportions are really amazing too, its like you build from the bone up. But anyways, you've heard it all before I'm sure. Your chracter is too cute too. I look forward to more of your work.
