Finally finished off the Chun-Li/Arcanine picture I've mentioned before.
Anyway, why Arcanine you might ask? For one thing, in one episode of the anime, Growlithe and Arcanine were portrayed as police dog Pokemon. Since Chun-Li is an Interpol Agent as well as a detective, I thought the fire-type Pokemon suits her.
As a fire-type, Chun-Li can now burn her opponents with her now-fiery Kikoken. Even her Lightning Leg can burn them too. XoD
