Otters are perfectly adapted for mobility underwater and even above ground. Humans are only built for land and flounder in the ocean! Coincidence? Let me make my point more clear...
People swim in rivers and oceans, you know what else swims in rivers and oceans? Otters. WOAH! It gets even more startling...

Otters dive and pick up oyster shells off the seabed and break them open...to get the pearls of course. Slowly they are controlling the economy of pearls and soon will enact terrible and swift doom onto the puny humans.
