Story: Professor Nowhere is Jim's nemesis and his father's former colleague. In 4014, he and Professor Necromancer found out a special formula to create a special being they called an Ultimonster. There was just one small hiccup in the development: Nowhere wanted to use a the creature as a weapon so they may rule as much of the world as possible while Necromancer wanted to use it to benefit humanity as a soldier. This lead to a falling-out between the two partners. One day, he came across S.P.E.C.T.E.R in Pittsburgh. With the A.I helping him, he founded the Zeitgeist Of Mayhem and Bedlem Incarnate Everywhere (Z.O.M.B.I.E). Under the codename, "Project Chimera", he issued the Ultimonster Program and captured many scientists to manufacture Ultimonsters with many Zombies at his beck and call. One of these scientists was Professor Necromancer who created Jim. Since the incident that lead to the Scatter Period, he has been fixated on the destruction of Hallows United (Jim's group) and conquest of the world.
