How could you hate it? O_O It's lovely! ^^

What makes you hate it? The head is perfect, the neck is a little too wrinklely, the front knees are a little off, the far hind leg is perfect, the near hock and knee are slightly off, and he is a little long in the body to be so straight backed, but I have seen that in a real horse, it exists, its just not desirable. And the shoulders are a little lumpy. All in all a much better picture than I could do, and I've grown up with them!.....I'm afraid I'm not gonna be well liked for this, but this is a better piece than your two other horses. However I must say, it would take a horse person to notice these mistakes, they may seem to be many, but they are minor.

It's a lot more recent than the other ones I posted. XD Still really old, though. I hate it because I like to believe my anatomy has improved a good deal since I puked this out, and I'm sick of people liking it when there's so much that needs improvement. >_>; And I know how it is, I've worked with horses in my farmwork since before I could walk. I just didn't start to draw them until high school. x_x

Yeah, I know the feeling. My artwork sucks! Yet people will tell me that it looks good. *shrugs shoulders* what can you do? Do you have any recent stuff? If so will you post it? If this is more recent than the other two, and this much better, I'd like to see what you have now.

Haha, doesn't that drive you up the wall? And I'm sure your stuff doesn't suck; you're probably just self-critical like me. :3 I've got some newer stuff that I'll get to posting eventually, but not much horse art, sadly; lately all I do are commissions, and I never get any horse commissions anymore. Blah.

No really, the best thing I've got is a modified trace. and here's the really sad part: i could draw a horse's head, and their hooves really really well, a few years ago, and now I can't draw squat! but take a look at my gallery, my art really isn't that good. I'm much better at telling you, with words, what I see in my mind. Sometimes I just wish I could draw though, so that there would be no doubt as to what an Equisapian, or a Sirian looks like!

Holy crap, I absolutely LOVE the textures here. I feel like if I lick that horse, it'll taste like dark chocolate, because it reminds me of that.

To each their own I suppose, but I see no reason why you should hate this. It's gorgeous! The shading is some of the best I've seen, and the colouring is so vibrant and powerful. The posing and anatomy are still very nice, and any flaws are very hard to detect. This is a very beautiful piece!
