My fursona in front of an ancient temple dedicated to a feline goddess from a couple thousand years ago. A temple where he had been a priest at. But he's nearly immortal now, the wolf he loved and loves with all his heart has been dead for centuries, and he envies the simple winged feline he is feeding because of it's mortality. Which is why his expression is amused and sad.

it's a true master works, thank you for showing it. i guess that should be the burden of imortality... you remain while the others you care leave... i guess in the end a imortal being can become almost void of all sentimements because it learned that the only path for not suffering with affections is to have none... just my point of view. i'm sorry foth the bother
