First off i'd like to let everyone know this wasn't drawn by me he is just merely my character that i got from a commission.

In Isaac's world most of the world is controlled primarily by the large amounts of mob families. Police and military still exist in this world and have taken down smaller mob families, but there are way too many for them to manage and the stronger 8 more known are untouchable. Besides leading one of the feared four (as they call themselves) he is known for his amazing cunning and ability to out think any opponent as well as an unnerving love for interrogation and his revolvers.
