This baby bird got knocked out of its nest earlier during a rainstorm, sadly its brother got ran over so I helped coax it into the grass but I'd hate to leave it to the elements, an ideas what I should do?

try to put it back in the nest if its there or back in the tree the nest was in. If the parents are still in the area they will return to it.
Birds dont go after smell so the old rumor that the parents will not return to its chick after youve touched it is false so dont be afraid to pick it up and move it.
