OMG! I feel so bad since its been awhile since I finished anything. Got like three other images I’m currently working on. One is just taking me forever to do because its a redraw of a comic cover. Anyway, this is a Donnie from an AU I created. Yeah never done one so this is my first one.

In this AU, it’s many years in the future. Donnie is in his late 20’s and has gone through a lot in his life. From fighting the Shedder to family issues. During their fight with the Shedder, the public began to be more aware of Mutants and the Turtles (much like towards the end of the 1987 series) which made it difficult for them to do what they do best. As time went by the police started to try and bring them to justice. This put a strain on the family, Leo trying to keep everything together and Donnie trying to make things that would help. After many arguments about what he felt was right and how they were acting, Donnie finally had enough. Tired of his feelings being pushed asside and made fun of he left bitterly. The only brother he was willing to really talk to was Mike who tried to keep Donnie in the loop. It was hard work but Donatello finally convinced that he wasn’t a bad guy and managed to show his talents in science. He earned his place in a Forensic Lab where he now works. However, there would be a catch since he’s a humanoid he is required, like all mutants in the city now, to wear cloths. He doesn’t like it but he wears them. He now lives in an apartment and has somewhat of a decent life.

This is for now. I’m thinking about writing a story in his point of view just to explain it better. In the mean time, Enjoy the Older Forensic Lab Donnie XD
