Btw, I'm working on a book about a race of aliens secretly living deep beneath the earth's surface. It's going to be more of a generalized textbook on the aliens than a story, going into subjects like their biology, culture, history, their former home planet, etc. The aliens are similar to caterpillars but they don't turn into butterflies and are about 3 inches (8cm) long and about 1 inch (2.5cm) wide. They're also purple with three blue stripes. Two of the stripes run from their big black eyes going down their sides, stopping just before their rears, while the other runs from the top of their small black mandibles and down their back, also stopping just before the rear.
