I'll reply to both your comments in one post here~
As for the mixes surviving.. I can't honestly say, but I will admit that you're very observant! Only two people have thought of a mixed race as a possibility so far.
And as for the frames, thank you, I'm trying to stretch out my artistic liability here with seeing what I can and can't do without it seeming complex or confusing.. I loved drawing the 'how' panel the most out of all of'em!
