This is X, a character of mine in Psycrowe's old draekard (furry dragon) rpg, done around 2003.
X is a green dragon with a strong hatred for human-kind, hence why he's in a burning village.
I didn't do the background, it is a screenshot from a game, Konami's Castlevania: Rondo of Blood.
