This was my final photo sent in for the contest. Now it's just a waiting game. The winner will be announced July 1st. *fingers crossed*
But whether or not I win the grand prize, I've still won. I've lost a near total of 80lbs in just under a year. That's 68% of my total body weight worked off.
I plan on working through July and the rest of the summer to tone and shape the rest of me. I want to talk more about this diet and what I went through, but it's A LOT. I will eventually, but for now, it will wait for a later time. =3
Will scrap later.

I suffer from a hormone imbalance called Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome, and it's something I've lives with most of my life. One of the ailments is being able to gain weight quickly and lose it very slowly. This diet has been the ONLY thing that has worked for me in taking back the control of my health.
i understand your pain. i have been trying to gain weight for years and still haven't ever reached my recommended height vs weight balance. i'm 18 too and only weigh 100, at the most 105lbs :/ eat lots of protein, and meat. i've read a lot and that's pretty much all they say. :)
Try taking whey proteins. That's what my boyfriend does after a workout. It helps build muscle and adds some weight on. It's what he did in High School when he needed to gain more weight for football. You can get it in a powder form that you can mix into like, water or milk (I highly suggest mixing it x.x)
For some its genetic, some people just have a harder time losing weight than they do putting it on. There are also weight-gain supplements on the market, but I would imagine thats mostly water-weight. Another big thing to note is that muscle weighs more than fat, I actually knew a guy who weighed almost as much or more after he finished his diet and exercise program than when he started, but it was from all the muscle-mass he'd gained.
If you don't mind me asking, but what was your diet plan like? I would like to offer it to my girlfriend because she also has it as well and would like to lose weight. You can note me it through notes is that is ok. If you don't want to share, it's ok. Great job though on getting healthier! Keep up the good work. :3
Congratulations!
You've always looked fantastic, but recently having lost 40 pounds myself and enjoying the relief I feel to my muscles and joints and things...I'm glad you're feeling better and healthier all over. I'm mad proud to be a fan of yours right now. This is an incredible accomplishment, and I'm happy to join your cheering squad! :)
Go Go Mavuriku, Go go! :D
