There is something how the artist in Lilo and Stich just draws women, its sort of has that great mix of realistic characteristics and porpations while having its own cartoonish looks.

Hmm I don't think I've ever seen this character before. Before I read the description, I thought it was Nani but with dyed blonde hair. xD Haha anyway, she looks awesome. Very nice work.
