I wove swarovski crystals together to form the central body of Navi for this particular design and added a few beads for Navi's dust trail and some to connect the wings to the chain of the necklace. That's about all. It ends up being a dainty and elegant design.
Most people who know nothing about Legend of Zelda don't immediately catch on to the fact that it's actually videogame fanart. They just think it's really unique and trendy. That makes me feel like I did a really good job with this one because I actually achieved my goal.
