Here is "Red" the Mellers-Panther chameleon hybrid I cleaned and articulated for my best friend. (The other half of this gallery :D)
He gav eme lots of grief during his articulating, and more so during his cleaning. (My beetles weren't very kind to him) But at last, he's assembled and looking beautiful. He'll be fully "complete" when he goes to Cara's to live where he will get a spread beetle of her choosing for him to be tryign to grab at the end of his branch. For now, he's looking pretty nice on his own!
He's been dubbed "Red" as the frozen specimen, his skin was a vibrant beautiful red. We are sad to say that the skin was not salvagabe. Reptiles often loose their color through tanning, anyway :(
