Second and last request from today's stream of Wasteland faction bust featuring 
theflipper's shark gal as a Ghoul.
Technically not a faction, the Ghouls are unlucky citizens of the Old World who where not able to find a safe shelter from the radioactive, biological and chemical weapons used during the war. Mutated into ravenous, feral beasts, Ghouls have no knowledge and memory of their former lives, are extremely aggressive carnivores, and seek only two things: food and sex.
