Eastern dragons are very friendly and kind, with a few exceptions such as one that lived under mountains and nipped at people's feet
Altallo dragon also has blue stripes here and there its to reflect how he looks as we see him in the story Tales of the Eternals too, when he's mostly humanoid.

I'm still fiddling with his design, like giving him a light layer of facial hair on his chin to make him less babyfaced and also a few tweaks with his headdress, which is based on Inca designs.
