In my story, "New Animal Life", everyone was born as animals and not humans.

Kuzco wasn't tricked into drinking the llama potion. Instead, he and his girlfriend, Malina, were born llamas. Kuzco isn't an emperor, but rather, he's a dancer, a self-stand up comedian (meaning he does stand-up comedy about himself), and is the owner and operator of his own well-successful novelty item company. Malina is Kuzco's wife and a well-known reporter who gets good scoops with the help of his husband. While Kuzco is more humble, responsible, and nicer, he still remains to be sarcastic, lightly rude, and has his sense of flair and pizazz. While Malina remains smart, sweet, and assertive, she adapts some of her husband's sarcasm, humor, and light rudeness.

Snow White, and her husband, the Prine (whom I named him Andrew from the snow white and the huntsman movie), are sheep (or ram in Andrew's case). Instead of living royalty, Snow White and Andrew live in a small cottage together, with Andrew working as a lumberjack.

Milo and Kida are dogs (Milo being a brown mutt while Kida is a white Komondor). While he's still king of Atlantis (still thinking of an NAL name for it), Milo still does archaeology of other ancient relics that have secret connections to Atlantis. Kida is his partner and learning more better in the surface while still the queen of Atlantis.
