Its not too bad. The one on my ankle didnt really hurt but Butterfly's feet on my arm did. It just depends on placement i guess and of course pain tolerance. I think after all the physical injuries and pain ive gone through i should be able to handle a nice big back tattoo right? Lol i hear the foot, hand and under arm or top of the calf hurt the worst but idk.
