Luna's forehooves are too thin, straitjacket sleeves go around the wearer to tie onto the back, Nightmare's nose is far too bulbous and long, Nightmare's head is too tall...
Generally a lot of proportion work. At least you don't have those awkward square hooves on stick-like legs anymore.
Make sure to use vectors for your helping with your posing. These two should give you an idea of how the characters should look.

In both cases, if their legs, specifically the flanks and knees, you want to work on.
Do a good effort in fixing up this picture and I might even throw something your way, that's how much I like the concept and want to see it done well.
