Really really clean on the white paint... How'd you do it?

It's not white.... It's grey...

The technique is actually really simple and looks like white at arms length, but doesn't have all the complications of painting white.

here's the sequence:

1. Spray white primer coat.
2. Spray Ulthuan Grey base coat.
3. Wash recesses ONLY with Agrax Earthshade and leave to dry.
4. Tidy up any over lap areas on the grey with Ulthuan Grey.
5. Edge highlight with Ceramite White or White Scar.

White made easy. The White Scar was painted in about an hour and thirty minutes total.

Well damn. That's sure as hell a lot easier than the way I've been doing it.
Method 1: (space marines) white prime, wash with space wolves grey, block highlight white scar
Method 2: (eldar) black prime, base with celestra grey, build up several layers of white scar, leave gaps black.

I have had several ways to do white in the past, but I find this the most effective and less stressful.
