My grandmother passed away yesterday.
I made this to her when she still was alive, when she was lying in the hospital.
My grandmother was more than just a grandmother to me, she was my role model and friend.
She helped me through tough times during my teenage years, and she always had my back.
She payed for my education, and will still do.
She was a role model to our whole family, so full of energy, so kind, she was the best.
I would have given my life so that she could have lived longer.
I've never hoped I was wrong about the afterlife as much as now.
But I never resented god as much as I do now, for taking her away from me.
But she will never be forgotten, I will never stop loving her.
Rest in peace Kerstin, you will be missed.

I feel bad for you Zarick, not just losing family but a role model too. If I could tell you anything this is it. Be honest about her at the funeral because it the last time you'll see her so why be dishonest with her at something that should be celebrated like her birth. Also dont linger on the past, if you spend forever thinking about her you'll forget to enjoy your life.
I know I sound like an asshole for saying this, because honestly I reread that and I think I sound like a jerk for saying it. I didnt even want to write this because of how rude it sounds, but I did it for the right reason. *hugs*
