This is a commission I did for my friend! It's Pichu hat!
Could have come out a little better (though that's what I say about pretty much everything I do) but it still came out pretty cute!
Yes, I know that the spots on Pichu's cheeks aren't actually that bright red, but that's all I had and he said it was okay if I used it so I did!
