Long as he uses goggles on both peoples thats fine..Burning lasers make sooo much reflections of surfaces the light reflections can blind/damage your eyes over time. its never INSTANT. laser light-eye damage can come into effect months or even years later...I always require both me and the person I'm showing off to, to have proper goggles on..
