Red Shetland come to life
The late,great Kishma Danelle was a most excellent Red Shetland cosplayer. This outfit she and Ed Kline built together and Kishma surprized the living hell out of me at a Baycon with this.
Even among the SciFi crowd she drew attention back in the early 90s when there really weren't any fursuits.

Kind of reminded me of a quick 15 second flash of a guy who had his face made to look like a wolf much like she had her face done. Sadly I would search for it but it and post a link in this reply; however it contained a jumpscare with rather untastefull text so i am unable to but i have seen images of this person as a whale and other animals. Could be the same guy perhaps? And sorry for your loss
