Yes please. lol, Just playing. But I must say, my favorite part is the 'placing' of the wings, very nice.

My center of gravity would be on my ass, not on my shoulders where everyone else places them :O

Steph Swainston (my favorite writer) decided that he winged characters would have their wings on their lower backs for balance. That, and the fact that they'll tuck up nicely against hipbones and into the small of their backs when folded (as opposed to just hanging there all uncomfortable-like).

It makes so much sense I have no idea why no one really though about it before

*Nods* Oh I agree, I have seen wings placed then a few times in the past (The one that comes to mind now is Vyers from Disgaea) and it does make much more sense. Also, the amount of weight held on the shoulders vs that of the mid back or lower makes sense too. As you said, gravity. Wings at the shoulder would have gravity pulling all your body weight. Also, the shoulders are a busy place, with shoulder bones and chest bones all in that same area, and all thing very close to the obvious arm bones. Between the pelvis and ribs is so much unused space!
