Abilities: manipulate the electrics that flows and is generated from my body.

How was it given: X genes ( mother was a mutant with similar powers

Hero, villain?: both. But mostly good. He had a dark side where he joined up with the brotherhood for a small te( regrets that)

Items:
cyborg suit- allows him to amplify his powers while not becoming dependent on the suit and not degrading his natural ability. It merely absorbs the electricity and concentrates it into an electric beam on his gauntlets and gives him enhanced strength and speed and stanima( stark industries built it. Good friend of tony and Bruce)
Staff- separates and extends to where he can fight with it and even shoot electric bolts out of it( DC universe gave me that idea/ made of ademantium)
Flight board- allows him to fly( like static shock)

Specialization- intelligence( a lot of science and tech involved)

Fight style- prefers flying and ranged. But can do well in close quarters

Natural- yes, the tech he has makes it so he isn't depend on tech though. That's why he didn't take a whole suit from stark. The tech just simply enhance and concentrate his powers . Like cyclops with his visor

Relate to personality?- yes James is an intelligent but energetic guy.

What do I think about the power- it's awesome and has so many uses( even though I pretty much inspired him from static shock unintentionally and also never new black lighting)

Am I powerful?- yes. I'm a class 3 mutant. Pretty powerful bit as in the above average powerful

Weakness?- water. My guy and swim well and if he ever did. His powers could kill anyone in the water. But not him. He can take it and absorb that energy
Magneto can also use his powers on his tech, unless James can negate the charge of his metal to combat magnetos pull


Flaws- can't think of any. Besides some of my info here of electricity maybe scientifically inaccurate

Inspirations- static shock and his partner. And the fact that this power is so cool

Team affiliations: X men. Avengers. SHIELD Fantastic four( part time replacement).

Other info: he's is beasts(hanks) lab assistant and best friend( more like a mutant father relationship) he also knows tony, Bruce. And reeds. All science and tech related.
