To the Ratings: General is for everything, that doesn't contain mature or adult content.
Mature content should be used for everything that contains nudity in a non sexual way(with visible bits of course), or gore (Lots of blood, etc).
Adult content is all, that has to do with sexual activities, etc. That's pretty self explanatory. :o
