More from Fisk
It's been a long time since I've done an image purely for fun, without any attachment to a project. And I couldn't think of anything more fun to draw than one ladybumper after another. I'm working with larger paper now, so I had room to squeeze in four characters, this time.

That's not a bad size at all to work with. The most recent work I put up (A Day with Dad) is on 11x14.
I find it's also a nice size when drawing out more than one figure or item. Say I've got a quick Better Day's question:
When Fisk viewed his father's name on the Vietnam Memorial, the initial was their for his dad's middle name. Have you ever mentioned the middle name in the series of chapters?

That is really the most wonderful thing about this one - it really shows off the physical differences between all the characters at an angle we don't get to see too often. It really is a delight to not see the same body shape just stamped into difference poses in a scene like this.

Lucy has a wedgie and doesn't care. Elizabeth only thinks she's got one. ;) Or maybe, judging by the thumb, she just fixed it. Lazy bums came out really cute. Beth seems in her own thoughts while listening to whatever Lucy is going on about and meanwhile, Jessica seems to really want to get in the water. Thats got to be her positioning. She seems all swishy and antsy to get moving to me. :)
