SO.

 shadowrunn-the-hybrid was kind enough to let me use some of their art for a test badge - This is 5mm thick (about 3/16") wood that I was able to get a nice big sheet for a little cheaper than the Bass that I also love.

I'm not happy with the thickness but I love the wood it looks so good D: D: D:

I'm just having a lot of issues with having to cut it in two passes which causes charring/burning (see the badge loop area?).


I don't know. I'm going to try another one and see what I can get done.
