Don't you hate when someone inform you that they saw an user is a complete replicate of yourself as a chat user? Use my avatar, upload my work, even pretend to be me sometime accord to some of my sources... even if he is just being a fan he should know how far to replicate or asking permission first right?(which i never heard from that user) So my friend suggest me to do this lol...
I kinda hate to do this but a lot of my friends already mistaken that that is me so i guess i taking action~

I also hate this thieves.
If they would ask first, it would be maybe okay. (Or maybe not.)
Same with OCs-Thieves, playing an OC that belongs to another.
(Had some friends, who had and have still this problem.)
Okay, I "copy" some artwork earlier too, but they were drawn by myself and pencil-style.
(Mostly from artists I never have a chance to contact and ask, like KARABINER.)
But I still had credited the original artist then below the picture!

Found this on Arts Law site, it may help but most likely not.. hope ya get them shut down! I dony understand why people even try to impersonate artists, they still dont get talent by doing it.

It really does suck that some people don’t respect the amount of work that you put into you artworks and just reap you off. Like you said it wouldn’t be such a drama if people just ask you first but now day people really care and that is what is sad.
I do feel for you man and I hope that things get sorted out smoothly. I know it sucks but maybe slapping a watermark with you site address would keep some posses away to.

Ya that’s pretty shitty situation when you have someone in your shadows stabbing you...but you doing the right thing and letting everyone know about. Soon or later people like that can get themselves into bigger trouble then they can get out of.

Mmm......I understand why people do things like this. They like the art so much that they want to bask in some of the awesomeness.

It's a dick thing for someone impersonate you, certainly. But in almost all cases, the individual is not doing it out of malice. I just thought I'd provide a counter-point to consider.
