This is Byakko from the anime Yu Yu hakusho, a fantastic anime series that used to be on Cartoon Network. He's the second of the four saint beasts, a group of demons intent on invading the human world. Byakko had various abilities such as creating lesser beasts from his hair, energy absorbing, a roar that can break things down on a molecular level, and energy blades. He was defeated twice by the warrior Kuwabara before being killed by his fellow saint beast Seiryu.
Byakko is my first furry crush. He's large, commanding, and sometimes a bit comical. In fact, he's what eventually inspired my white tiger Cliff and lead me to the furry community. So, this hunk of a tiger always has a special place in my heart.

I like Attack on Titan for the characters....though I skip the gore bits. Never heard of Hunter x Hunter
but even then anime just feels a little less adventurous than some older anime. There's more highschool stuff rather than fantasy based worlds and the whole cutesy highschool girl thing is pretty dull (I don't find anime characters that cute either) D:
