Scared to death of colouring this one. Havent drawn Dis in a while and I want to do a really good job. So I am uploading the lines first just in case I screw it up big time. Which unfortunatly happens a good deal of the time.
So Disdoxian wasnt originally supposed to look like he was howling out in pain, just howling. The arrows make it look like something else, they came from an older drawing I had done of Ardor and Dis together. He was in her lap and she had wings so I wanted to give him a counter that was different, I chose arrows.
Haha! No genitalia!
Didnt want to have to mark it mature.

Very nice pic, I hope to see the colored version soon. Personally I know how that is, screwing up pics and what not... I seriously want to get a lightbox so I can redraw my own pics after having terrible screwups. In any case, this reminds me >>; Seriously need to do my own love's pic for his birthday. o_o Sorry for rambling- But anyway I really am looking forward to seeing the end result of this.
Isn't this supposed to be like the warrior who died protecting his master? Like, filled with arrows but with unwavering dedication, so he never fell down? (i lookd it up while writing this comment-- Benkei! )
I forget that guy's name too, damn.
Very dramatic pose for Ardor here, though.. almost not even acknowledging the sacrifice.
You know, great imagery! I don't think I've seen this kind of imagery used before 8) .. I don't know if it was intentional, though!
