I was playing around in openCanvas with Raniko, but he ended up leaving. I decided to do a pic of Blue while I was there, 'cause I've been wanting to draw her with Ryugokai since I designed him.

I'm trying out some things here... a lighter rope on Ryogokai, lighter markings, and feathered wings, versus the leathery ones she had before. I've always been drawn to feather wings, and I've never really liked drawing leather ones. The outfit is something else I've played around with for Blue.

Whatchu folks think? Pass/fail?
