This is a little piece of gift art I made for
macroceli out of Sculpey.
And when I say little, I mean it. That cupcake is half an inch tall! And yes, that's real crinkled tinfoil around the base of it. :D
Time to complete: About three hours, including photography and photoshoppery.
There are two more photos of the sculpture here:

I used colored sculpey.
Also, remember that sculpture of Duncan I made? Well for him, I used just one brick of the stuff, and as a result he was only 1 1/2" tall, and not very detailed.
For your sculpture I wanted to do a better job, but I didn't even have the right shade of blue, nevermind enough of one color. So I took two bright blues and a white, and mashed em all together, and when that resulted in a hue which was too light, I added a purple, and as luck would have it I got the perfect shade of blue.
Using that lump of blue, and a couple bricks of beige allowed me to make your sculpture a full 3" tall and much more detailed. I also mixed some red and white to get the tongue color and some black and brown to make the cupcake.
And I don't dare fire it cause it's one big solid lump.
