I often see people struggeling with details of their fursuit-craftings, and even wonderful finished suits with details that in my eyes ruin or lower the visual effect. Therefore I want to write down some of these details, and how to improve them.
This is only my opinion! I know that the other techniques I don't like often have reasons why they are used. I prefer a good look instead of better movement and durability, and rather like to think of ways that look good AND are flexible and dureable.

I had a question about the part where I says "tape" after the painters overalls the part where I says "tape" is that suppose to be a starting point for when your taping and then taping the rest like it shows below with the body taped up? Just curious about how it works in this tutorial but I like the rope concept to save soon being potentially cut when cutting it off the body
Yes, its a starting point, you fixate these points, because if you don't, for example you simply start at the ancles, the painters overall won't be long enough and you'll end up having no space under the arms and between the legs. Hard to describe x.x U know what I mean?
I get what you mean and can see your point thanks for the reply I was just thrown off by the starting point of the taping is all and figured I'd ask since in a few years from now, long rambling story lol, I plan to make Renamon for a Con I go to and just keeping my eyes out for tips and tricks for when I get to the bodysuit half of it
