Yeah, one a week is the pace I'm setting for myself, and it seems to be working pretty well. There are times (especially right at the start) that I was getting two per week done because I was just so anxious to get ahead in the story to where the real fun stuff is/was.
And the place is indeed roomy; a certain tall person needed plenty of headroom in a place to live, and there was an opening in an area that landlords don't tend to send rent collectors into. Or hold many sorts of standards in the tenants.
