Voy a dar algunas clases de cocina y me pidieron que hiciese pizza, sinceramente no he hecho pizza en mi vida xD pero todo es ponerse e intentarlo, la masa estaba muy buena, quizas le faltara un poco de sal pero salió bastante bien. fue el 1er pintento pero no el ultimo x3
ingredientes
500 gr harina
250 ~ 300 ml de agua tibia
2 sobres de levadura biologica en polvo
sal fina
azucar
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
elaboración:
Poner la harina en un bol grande, repartir la sal en los bordes y la levadura en el centro. Añadir el azucar, el aceite y, progresivamente, el agua tibia y mezclar con la ayuda de unas varillas, tras amasarla espolvorear harina en ella y hacer una cruz encima de la masa con un cuchillo, dejar reposar durante dos horas y porcionar y condimentar al gusto x3

fine salt
sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
elaboration
Put flour in a large bowl, spread the salt around the edges and yeast in the center. Add the sugar, oil and gradually warm water and mix with the aid of sticks. After knead sprinkle flour on it and make a cross on top of the dough with a knife, let stand for two hours and portion and season to taste x3
