Anyway i made this on a whim for a friend 2 years ago, i never expected it to turn out so detailed and fleshed out in the end. I figured I'd post some of my better old art now and then

Well the problem with me, i can look at someones drawing and re-draw it like a masterpiece without tracing just looking at it, but when i try to just do something on my own, i cant. WHY? ._.

I am sort of like that too, easily draw (at least the line art) of something someone else has done, or even draw a detailed sketch of a picture of something I have in front of me, but I can't draw the things I have in my own head.

It's like you added "realistic" to your standard "very pretty." Woo! And the fact that this is old makes me wonder how amazing you could make a piece of artwork if you spent the huge amount of time on it now. Not that I'm urging you to do so, but it does make me wonder.
