He was a pre made and the new owner asked for arm sleeves, and a second set of hand paws to go with the monster paws.
The paws are 5 fingered and are lined on the inside They are my chubby, toony, feral style hand paws. Tettsinner's hands paws are made the same way. But Maru's paw pads are larger, which works so much better.

I attach elastic on the back on the arm sleeves so it goes across my back and holds up the sleeves for me.
You can also put elastic on the inside of your arm sleeves but they don't stay up as well as the other way.
I would get a thick piece of elastic to make it more comfy as it goes across your back. So anything bigger than a 1inch think piece should work fine. I'm using I believe a 2inch piece of Maru's arm sleeves.
Another way you can do it is attach your arm sleeves to a old shirt that you can wear under your other shirt and keep your sleeves attached to that.
I know people with particles with legs will attach the legs to some shorts that they will wear under their other shorts.
You can also put elastic on the inside of your arm sleeves but they don't stay up as well as the other way.
