Not going to lie, this is very nice ref sheet.
But
Do you actually know how this whole copyright things works?
First Anyone can take that character if they chose to and draw it drinking a glass of shart. You wouldn't be able to make them take it down because they have just created a piece of art using that character, gargling a glass of shart.
Now..
If you happened to TRADEMARK that character and have actually paid for him, then yes you would be able to have it removed by law.
Just letting you know that just because you have stated "DONT COPY" doesn't mean people cant copy that character, they can until it's legally trademarked..
Which FYI is very expensive.
Just a little tidbit of knowledge there for you.
