This is a truly BEAUTIFUL piece I bought in the art-auction at ConFuzzled 2014, courtesy the amazing (and I speak with authority, having met her) panhesekielshiroi
The picture does not do this piece justice! It's not until you see the actual feathers, each individual strand carefully painted, that you can truly appreciate how beautiful this is.
And before you ask: no, I have no idea how she did this. I choose to believe it was magic.
