I actually like the ones I encountered in Qatar, even if I didn't care for anything else there. They were three pronged, thick, solid and very sturdy seeming. Most prongs here in the US are made of thin metal folded over but they're still really weak and tend to wear out after a few years. Also I liked the switches on all the outlets in England, that was pretty cool, I'm sure it increased efficiency by cutting back on stand power consumption. I didn't understand the need to have a different type of plug for bathroom outlets though, your shaver runs on the same current as everything else, why make a special outlet shape for it?
